What a waste of rare cars

Judging by the litter surrounding it that Bugatti was in the UK when that photo was taken.

Talking about special cars not being looked after. Did anyone else notice what a state the Skoda record breaking Octavia was in at the national mega meet. It's rusting terribly. The engine bay was also cable tied shut making me think that there's no longer an engine in the car.
