BT modules working with iPhones?

All the pinned rSAP thread seems to attract more questions then answers of late. All the eBay links are down and there are not BT modules with the codes as per the thread as they are a few years old.

Therefore does anyone know if the following will work via HFP iPhones?

I wondered if this will work with MY2011 and iPhone 5s;

Happy to do the rewiring (thanks to Bagpus/Andy) to get stereo A2DP as have no wires on 4 or 5.
