I just read you have a lot of problems with Poles in Southampton!!

well, done bugger all really except replace a few consumable parts but last week I picked this up from a scrap yard. Some scratches here and there but straight and no dents or dings.

Looks like the GT bumper may get another lease of life yet

 

Plan is to bond the GT trim on then respray the whole lot in one go. Old bumper will be kept on in the meantime.

well, having not done anything to the old fella over the year apart from fitting the GT bumper I thought I'd make a small update.

 

As some of you know my car was put on JKM's 'heartbreak' rollers a few years ago where it made 125.7 and ~ 220ft/lb; Impressive for a 1.9TDi PD 100 :yes:

 

So, this year I took advantage of Shark's offer to Briskoda members and had him re-mapped by them in Mansfield.

 

Yesterday (Hallowe'en 2015) I took him back to a Briskoda RR day I organised at JKM. Results below

 

 

153.9 bhp and ~240 ft/lb of torques Enough to put a smile on my face and upset a few Fabia vRS owners
