It's the first date that involves food. But she likes racing cars and trucks so all is good :-)

We just don't want her to be disappointed when she realises that actually Luke warm Skodas are not real racing cars. And the entertainment are a few elderly gents talking about nothing too loudly while supping ale. Still if it's a truck she likes then maybe you can pull into the layby down the road. Sure to be a nice truck there !

Well actually. .... no need for a layby. Talking of Fords, I seem to remember, in the 80's my manager had a horrible beige Mk2 Escort. I really didn't like her car, but I did like the trucking in that huge car park. For anyone that hasn't been there, it's a massive C shaped area, even bigger than Newnham Courts.

Hmmm, the only diesel this man uses, is in a small spray bottle on my chest of drawers! 

Well, I wont be coming, I'm in a bad mood and the Fabia is looking 5h1t because today I removed one side of the bump strips and the paint is bubbled underneath.

 

Took it to Skoda for a warranty claim, and they refused to put the request to skoda because the bump strips didnt come from the factory (aparently). which i think is a load of rubbish!

I work for skoda and tried to get warranty its not about them being fitted at factory or not, skoda wont pay as its caused by a accessory rather than being the actual body work that causes it if that makes sense haha

i have removed them completely, and there is no evidence of them ever being on there... other than the bubbles. Is it worth a go at another dealership?

Hope you all had a great time. Over 12 months i've promised to go to Prept and never made it and now not made it to this. :( So disappointed in myself. :(
