Well I've had my VRS for a week now and I have to say I love it.

Ive been using it for work and as well as allowing me to nip past dithering drivers in the busy morning traffic it is averaging around 50mpg.

The seats are fantastic, to me the cabin does feel very premium compared to other cars I've had, I love having the DAB radio, the ride is firm but very comfortable, the passenger space is fantastic, maxi dot is a great bit of kit, bi xenon's are brilliant and the car looks fantastic, well I think so anyway ;-)

On the xenon's I've seen how good people have said they are but if they were not standard I'm not sure I would of spec'd them when I ordered and after a few days of driving at dusk I must admit I was still thinking the same. However after driving in darkness I was starting to realise that they were a big improvement and last night I drove SWMBO's Citigo with halogens for the first time since getting my new motor and oh my god, when you go back to halogens you realise that they are not just a big improvement but a complete and utter leap forward. I will never have another car without them!

When i was ordering mine there was a Fabia vRS in meteor grey in the showroon. I didnt like the colour at all but it really has grown on me and now i have seen it on your car with the black pack i am converted. Enjoy and will look out for you next time im in Cumbria.

Didnt want to turn my mac upside down incase i dropped it!

Turned my tablet upside down to get a better look and it just rotates it back to downside up! Least it looks like ur car has great road holding capabilities!

Try these ones guys. I had to send them to my iPad, edit them and re save them but hope they work now :-)

3 weeks and counting till mine arrives, looks awesome and it's not even raining up north....!

Mines been at Emden 7 days, dealer is across the road from where the ferry unloads. Wasn't on the Weser Highway that docked In Grimsby this evening. Fingers crossed its on the Schelde Highway that left Emden this evening.

It's the bloody EXIF Information, that doesn't get handled properly by either the phone or the forum software, that's causing the up side down VRS.

 

I'm starting to warm up to this color, looks better now than in the first pictures. I bet you are enjoying it to the fullest!

My friends and family have also had a change of heart towards it, I've been stopped by people to ask about and complement it and it really has to be seen to be appreciated, so I'm really pleased with my choice as I feel my gamble has paid off :-)

Selected and ordered this colour straightaway, never had doubt or second thought. New car tdi dsg estate wil arrive in the new year.
