Anyone selling an estate?

Featured Replies

Hi, Looking for a Superb diesel (not the 1.6) estate.

Preferably within a sensible distance of Bristol.

Looking for under 40k miles really and condition is more important than spec.

Need to buy asap!

Please PM me if you're in the market as I'd prefer to buy from a forum member if possible :)

What's your budget?

I have a high spec 170 Elegance manual estate and whilst it is not really for sale ... I have an itch that needs scratching and I am looking to buy a really expensive impractical car! lol

Full Elegance spec (bi-xenons / AFS, onyx heated leather, Columbus etc) plus the following options:

Metallic Aqua blue

Unused spare wheel and toolkit

3 spoke leather MFSW

Luna wheels

Park assist

Variable boot floor

Electric tailgate

Sunset glass

Heated windscreen

Heated washer nozzles

Boot liners (2)

Mats

Mud flaps

Detailed from new, and polished and waxed every 3 months, NO dents, mint alloys couple of minor stone chips on front... To expected on a used car, it has wanted for nothing.

You will not find better.

33K miles, Tax and (1st MOT) due in December

No idea on a price, but I certainly will not be 'giving it away'

Thanks Gizmo,

have PM'd you.

for anyone else, I'm looking at circa £15k  +/-

I'm hankering after a Yeti, so it's only a maybe??.

I have a CR170 DSG Elegance, 30k no dings, carpark door marks etc., whilst its dirty at the mo, bar the one bit of alloy wheel corrosion, "not caused by kerbing" the body work is mint, as is the inside and it's never been driven in anger.

Just to add, I'm in the market 'right now' as I've had to borrow the father in laws Vectra (which he does his best to avoid driving or cleaning!)

I'm chatting to some dealers, but would prefer a better private deal :)

I'm looking at other stuff too, I really do need 4WD now

Will leave this open for a bit longer, but widening my search to Yeti's now as I drove one yesterday and really liked it

basically, whatever comes up first as I really like both cars :)

I'm looking at a Land Rover & a VW Tiguan tommorrow "hopefully"

No deal yet, so I'm still in the Superb

Thanks for the input on this,

I've had to move fast though, and I've bought a car at the weekend.

Very happy with my purchase, which wasn't a Superb in the end.

thanks again :)

Don't keep us waiting, what did you end up buying?  :wonder:

What was it then!?

Aha! From another thread;

I'm not a 'fatalist' and I certainly don't think there's a 'master plan', but that Yeti being sold led me to search outside of the Skoda marque.....

found a 1 elderly owner, E class with 11,500 miles in faultless condition over the weekend, so Very happy now  :)

A bit different to a Superb (or Yeti) ..... but it's like a new car, fully serviced, minty-mint.

Not for everyone I know, but I like it :)

Well it IS a step down from a Superb, but it's still a nice car!

Just kidding, enjoy your new ride and don't be a stranger!  :hi:
