Unfortunately, and a shame, it can only be used for orders from the 3 dealers mentioned. Why can't Skoda UK offer this facility to everyone as VW do?

The three dealers are all part of the same group.

I did wonder who Vision Fleet were when they were loading vehicles 2 weeks ago

Interesting - I put my SLI number in and got back the status I was told recently by SUK - and my car is not being ordered through any of these dealers.

That's interesting. Will get my order number from dealer and do the same.

I got the mail with the link to this on Friday. Nice facility. Mine's still not been assigned a build week. I wonder if this is due to an option I've specced or simply down to dealer build slot allocation. Guess it might well end up being a 14 plate.

I think we ordered at the same time (7th Oct), so surprised you do not have a build week yet. I got mine (wk 50) 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for my dealer to give me an order number though, so I can track myself. 

 

What was the option you specced that you are concerned about, as I have optioned quite a lot and you now have me worried?

 

If all goes to schedule and build week stays at wk 50, I was hoping to take delivery sometime in January as not fussed about a "14" plate. As I have already traded car to dealer, would be nice to get into a decent set of wheels instead of using the wife's Aygo.

Not at all bothered - just curious.  Unusually, perhaps, I'd prefer to take delivery later than sooner.  March would suit me very well, and I suspect that could be the case.

I think it depends on the dealers allocation, if he's used his current allocation he'd have to wait for the next one before submitting any orders.  Then again I might be totally off course, it wouldn't be the first time!

In my case my dealer (Allams) phone me with the order number two days after I placed it.

I think my previous post may be in error - I have since put in '123' in to test it and got the same response - 'no build date allocated' - so the earlier posts that it only works for the stated dealers may be correct!

 

But this facility would be good for all cars ordered by all Skoda dealers.
