Hi, Turbo on my 2006 VRS seams not to be spooling up i got it on a friend Vagcom and it gave the fault code P0299 I have purchased a new boost control vavle but for the life of me cant find its location nor can i find anything on the internet to help me. any of you guys/girls out there know where its located?? thanks in advance

Hi there, I'm new to this forum and my Dad suggested it might be worth a try asking for advice. I have just got (June) a 2nd hand Skoda fabia elegance, 2011. When I picked it up, the air con worked great for the first 10 minutes or so then stopped and was just blowing warm air. (Temps outside were high 20's maybe early 30s). I took it to Halfords which ran an Air con diagnostics: Results: System has pressure leak, system appears to be low on refrigeration gas and recommended to be fully evacuat

Since I had a really hard time gathering some popular options to be coded on my Octavia MK4 while avoiding one click apps, I figured it would be nice to post a summary of my findings so far. I have a 1.0 litre Karoq at the moment and am thinking of buying a nearly new Elroq SE50. My annual mileage isn't that much (around 5,000 miles per year), mainly around town with the odd motorway journey of around 200 miles each way maybe once a year. The Elroq is a few months old with around 1,500 miles on the clock. My questions are: Will I be OK with the 50SE given my low annual mileage or do I need a car with a bigger battery? Hello our skoda Superb has the following behavior - the car goes offline if it is not driven for more than 2 days. I have measured the voltage: If the car is parked for 2 days it drops to 12V. On the 14th day it drops to 11,2V. I usually charge it when the voltage is below 12V. For charging I use AGM charger. We use the car for long distances only (more than 200 km (120 miles).
