Would mk1 octavia seats fit in a mk1 fabia?

not without modifications. Better off to scour the bay for Polo or Ibiza seats.

No they do not fit, different subframe types for the front seats and the rears are wider.

Of course just about anything can be made to fit, but when they are not that great in the beginning it does beg the question why you would bother.

They look nice mate, are the central white pieces easy to keep clean?

They show up a lot of dirt but they are easy to clean. I usually throw a cheap seat cover over the seats so they are not bad. The bits it dose not cover are leather so thats easy to clean,.It use to slide off the bolsters of the standard seats and the gray would suffer.

I put several coats of supaguard on my white bits (lol), seems to have helped mine stay clean. Only had them in a couple months though.

I think its all relative to what the vehicle is worth, no point putting £2k seats in a car worth not much more lol

I think they look good, better than the standard seats, they are leather for a start.

 

I personally will be giving the Recaros a go myself, figuring it offers a bit more in the way of bolster but I think the improvement to looks may be marginal. Mine will be more "colour coded" when done although despite looking maybe more like it was intentional - may be a bit of a yellow overload lol.

Hoping to get cheap enough scrap seats to be worth trying it out first though but want the height positioning too, bit of a tall order perhaps
