Evening guys, just took ownership of my first Skoda. Managed to get a Skoda Octavia mk1 in red with lovely charcoal/grey alloys. Its a 2003 plate with FSH and a print out for 227bhp, it really really shifts.
Its got a forge dump valve, stage 1 remap and massive (probably too big) custom exhaust.

What you guys think?post-110442-0-30830500-1384626909_thumb.pngpost-110442-0-59566200-1384626910_thumb.jpgpost-110442-0-56070200-1384626911_thumb.jpgpost-110442-0-64971700-1384626912_thumb.jpgpost-110442-0-99136100-1384626927_thumb.jpgpost-110442-0-03422000-1384626929_thumb.jpg

Cheers guys, will try getting some bigger ones. I only have 1 gripe with the car and thats the door cards and grey carpets are soiled with dirt. Anyway to get rid of the dirt?

Welcome.

welcome, nice car, could try a wetvac? on interior?

Welcome aboard.

wheres the best place to get a wetvac from? dont really wanna spend loads?

No valeting companies round you? One next to my work will do a full valet on car wax dry etc inc wet vac for like £30-40

Wet vacs are around £80-100 on the bay

only place i have around here is the turkish/polish cleaners who do a inside/outside valet for £10. Decided i'm going to hire a wet vac from HSS and do it myself, and remove front seats to do it properly. Any idea if this is the best way to go?

ignore my last post, there are valeting companies around me, the only problem i have is the carpet between the door and seat is also grotty, would a valeting company do that also or would it be best to hire a wet vac and do it myself?

For the price you may as well hire one, fully strip the car inside and do a proper job, that way it's mint :) best off either doing in a heated garage or leaving car running for a couple of hours after with heating on full blow got with windows slightly open to dry it all out :)

Both Ryman and Makro have offers from time to time on the Vax 6131 - can be as little as £50 to buy.
