Small point that maybe no one cares about but!

Featured Replies

This might be a completely pointless thread but i miss not having the model name on the headlights lol.

Only a very minor point but i think it was a nice touch on the MK II VRS and wondered what other people thought?

Maybe a completely stupid question that no one else has even thought about ha ha

Have to say that I prefer that it's not there anymore. Think it look better without.

Personal preference of course.

There isn't really anywhere to put it and to be honest I haven't even thought about it

Theres a mk2 in the car park at work and I noticed this. Personally I quite like it. Maybe there isnt a suitable space to put it on the new headlights? (Still another 3 month wait til i get mine and i'm refraining from looking at pictures as it just makes me a little depressed)

I liked the name on the lights, it was a nice touch. I'm glad my Superb still has it on the lights :)

+1 - until I read this thread I hadn't noticed, but as has been said nowhere to put it. I can live without it but do miss the RH footrest. In cruise I end up resting my leg against the door card. Hey ho not everything remains the same.

I have a MkII FL vRS and if changing to a MkIII would miss the RH foot rest and cubby hole on top of dash (use it to store my driving glasses).  Couldn't care less about the deletion of 'Octavia' in side of headlight as I think it looks rather naff.
