Every since i've got my vRS i've noticed that everyone else who has one is old lol!

 

Just making up a poll to see what the most popular age group is.

I'm in the 17-24 group.

I'm about to turn 31, had mine since May.

Don't forget, this is only counting people who use the forum, and that will generally be older people (no offence Gramps  ). I don't know anybody else who uses their car forum in my age group.

Would you ever get bored of a VRS with that amount of power?

I feel old now looking at ages... I'm 38 & a new vrs owner

30 and had the car 8 days!

41 and had my vrs cr dsg 5 weeks love it!!

My car has become older

I'm 67.  I wanted a diesel car with reasonable performance, a boot bigger than the usual 350 litres and a high level of equipment at a price within my budget.  A 15 month old MkII FL Octavia TDi vRS fitted my requirements with a bonus of having DSG.  Two of my friends are now looking at the Octavia range - one as a replacement for his 2009 A4 Avant 2.0TDi (140) and the other to replace a VW Passat estate.  They are both over 65.

This is my second Skoda

First one in 1984 Burnt Orange Estelle LS (fitted with heated rear window to keep your hands warm when pushing it lol) Only joking never let me down, £5 a week petrol and faster than my mates Ford Escort Mk 1 1300 GT but someone stole it and wrapped it around a bridge!

Second January 2012 and am well happy with it so far!

I was 35 when I got my first 1.8T Octavia. 3 Octavia's later, two vRS and one Elegance but now much older, falling into your fourth column.

Sometimes that's why it has all that power. It makes me giggle when giving it the beans and with it being matt black it turns heads every single time I drive it
