I know that this has been discussed several times but I'm stuck.

 

I've got to get the winter wheels sorted for the Superb and I was going to go for the standard 205/55/R16 but there are a set of Audi rims going on ebay for a decent price. 

 

They are  7J x 16H2 ET42 /: 5x112

 

Front

Continental ContiWinterContact TS810 225/55 R16 99H

 

Rear

Pirelli 210 Snowsport 225/55 R16 99H

 

 

Will they fit ?

yup

They will fit but they aren't an approved tyre size for the Superb.

 

The only 16" tyre approved for the Superb is the 205/55.

 

One positive is they have a high load rating (99) which is a requirement of the Superb.
