hi guys,,I've got a 1.9 tdi mk1 octavia and it keeps have a flat spot when accelerating…its as if its kangarooing…any ideas what could be would be grateful… 

Try unplugging the MAF sensor. If it runs better unplugged your MAF is goosed.

And if that's it, don't be tempted to buy cheap - get a Bosch one.

As with all the engine sensors. Replace with genuine VAG parts only or you'll be buying twice.
