For anyone thinking of fitting these for a Vrs, £25 the pair from your local Skoda dealer. Very easy to fit no drilling just 4 pieces of double sided tape and apply a little pressure, just like bondage!

I was just looking at a set of 4 Octavia ones on super Skoda this morning, but they are 79 euro for a set of 4 original Skoda ones

So got around to debadging and replace the emblem with the black monte carlo emblems on my vRS today, using the following...

heated it up with the hairdryer and then used the plastic 'spudger' to lift the corner of the badge and then the plastic card to finish it off......

the main emblem was a right bitch to get off and took a good while and sadly i chipped the paint work which im angry about....

I bought some fishing wire off ebay and used it like a saw to cut through enough of the glue pad under the badge so I could get a purchase and then ripped it off. Glue remnants took a little more work with some wd40 and a label remover spray.

Fishing wire took off the text badges really nicely, was actually rewarding watching each one drop off one by one.

Thought it was, whats the build quality like and fit?

Build is good. Heavy tho so middle fins pulls away from bumper. Needed some black rubber adhesive. Worth the fiddling. I like the style.

Managed to spray badges just before rain started.. Hope it stays on!

Have you applied sealer to your front splitter as well (between the splitter and bumper), or did you not screw it and is that the glue i can just see?
