Your car has come a long way - still remember right after you got it you saying you had plans and how it looked stock :)

well done!

Thanks! I should have learned by now that you should never say never... I think i will make the same mistake with my future cars also. :)

Great job mate! Where did you get the VRS badges or did you plastidip them? Seen the completely black ones on Superskoda but prefer the coloured V.

Just off ebay mate. Metal black ones. Fits the front back plate nicely. Slightly. Bigger than stock rear badge.

Natural habitat for vRS, race track premises, sunset, two of us alone on the race track. Of course, child seats still installed in the back and trunk full of various rubbish. :D

a couple of pics, got the back boxes levelled out,  still to paint the roof and add the shark fin.

yes sounds like a V10/12 for sure, you can map your own sounds with the software.

Having driven a V10 manual Lambo Gallardo and V8 flappy paddle Ferrari F430 on a track day I enjoyed the scream of the V8 engine but the alloy gated manual gearbox felt more special (clack/clack).

This is why I still prefer the front end of this shape Octavia compared to the new FL model, Just looking at these 2 pictures you can see how mean/bad ass it looks  especially the top picture from that angle. Definitely done some great mods there Johnny B)

Do you ever have issues with the front splitter grounding out of curbs, speed pumps or drive ways at all?

none at all, except one where there was a 4 inch deep pot hole against the kerb while i was parking the front wheel dropped into it and the front splitter was scrapped underneath. I have no issues with bumps or ferries etc.

whats that sitting beside you ? is it a TT?

Went on holiday and I'm impressed we fit everything in for a week with a newborn and a 3 year old. The Mrs doesn't pack light either. If only I'd had a chance to clean it before we went...

Was working at Donnington Park today and thought I'd get a pic.

Just a shame, that the car was filthy and that the Rieger splitter is still sitting in my office.

If your going for black touches then black mirrors and spoiler needed. Black roof wrap maybe. Love the VRS blue!
