The following message is shown in the information cluster display. --Key in vehicle. --KEY IN VEHICLE Additionally, on vehicles which are fitted with the anti-theft alarm system, an audible signal sounds.

I can see no flashing lights hear no audible sigals.

My car equiped with anti-thieft alarm system.

Should I apply to my local dealership?

Mine won't let me lock the door if the key is inside. No warning tone or lights flashing, just nothing.

Are you saying that it locks the car or that it doesn't?

An earlier thread went through this though to what extent I am not sure where I noted that it could not lock my keys in the car especially the boot when the boot was close mine immediately would open.

System would not let you lock your car if the key has been left inside.

-V-The vehicle, including the boot lit, has been locked.

-V-The key with which the vehicle has been locked remains in the vehicle in the zone D » Fig. 14. The turn signal lights flash four times as confirmation that the vehicle has been unlocked again.

When I have tried to lock my key inside my new Skoda Superb FL I was expecting any of above mentioned signals to be apeared.

I can see no flashing or hear no signal. That was my point. Sorry English is my second language.

I've tried to lock my keys in, it seems impossible, but like in other posts I get no warnings, it just refuses to lock. It's the same if it's not in park.
