I just installed some nice looking LED front fog lights. They look great but the car indicates that both front fog lights are broken.

 

Anyone gotten past this error? some kind of eliminator?

Will they actually be any better in the fog than the standard incandescent bulbs?

Since the front fog light is illegal to use together with the low-beam here in sweden the fog lights are only used as "decoration". The fog lights are not used as a lighting source since they do not produce that much light in my oppionion. But they do look quite good in combination with the parking lights that i also converted to LED.

 

The standard lights are not bad but LED looks a lot better. Thanks for the link!
