Cheers for that A1 medical diagnosis........

Hi Gwilo

FWIW I have trained myself into the habit of selecting all and pressing Ctrl-C instinctively to get things onto the clipboard before clicking any other keys when in local (e.g. Word etc) mode.

I have a purchased program also which records my Internet journeys (when activated) and takes screen-shots of my postings so that all is not fully lost. Let me know if you'd like details.

Sorry that this is bolting the stable door after...

Regards

Mo

I did something similar the other day. Spent an hour composing an important e-mail in Word and getting it just right. Highlighted and cut it using Ctrl-X and then went and Ctrl-C'ed the e-mail address before I'd pasted the e-mail text, so when I did go to paste the e-mail text, I just ended up with an e-mail address. Bit of swearing made me feel better and then I sat down and redid it. Didn't take as long the second time ;)
