Hi fella - would be very grateful for a lead to where you purchased the wheels and tyres ? Not found any 850 contis up for grabs. Cheers !!!!

 

I got the wheels from Oponeo. I've used them to buy tyres before and they were very efficient. This time they were a bit useless. First they advertised the tyres at £50 each, which must have been a misprice because they then said they weren't in stock before re-advertising them for £96 each! They are currently £88 for the H rated tyres. In the end I ordered the tyres from Tyre Leader for about £87 each. They arrived fairly promptly, although two on one day, the other two the day after.

 

For the wheels, Oponeo took my payment 5 times (eventually refunded) due to a problem with their online payment system, then they said they wouldn't fit my car! After a few irate phone calls they eventually agreed they would fit. I didn't receive the wheels until nearly two weeks after ordering and then they forgot the spigot rings which I had to order off Ebay. Total cost for the wheels was £356. They're currently £109 each so you may find them cheaper elsewhere. Oponeo are easy enough to contact and do try to sort things, but it wasn't a great service this time round.
