Yes, elegance seats are comfortable, quite support and the alcantara helps to grip your clothing material and stops any bum slide in the corners. I got a bit damp today on back of my trousers due to the wet weather, whacked on the heated seats (optional extra), soon dried out on an hours drive home. I've had no complaints of seat comfort on longer journeys either from passengers or myself. As already said leather quality isn't the best but more adequate.

Longest journey so far has been 3 hours and no problems at all with seat comfort.

I got 18's and sport suspension. Thought the ride was a bit stiff the first 2-3000 km's, but it seems like it has "settled" after that. Now I find it to be quite right.

 

As for the seats, I have leather/textile combo. This option is a must if you got kids in the back seat. Textile seats are textile all the way, also on the back of the front seats. This is a pita to clean... One more tip: Opt for electrical adjustable front seats, at least the drivers seat, since this gives you the option to tilt it. This isn't possible with manual adjustable seats.

 

Edit: The longest non-stop journey so far is little more than 8 hours which included most types of roads (and we have a lot of bad roads here!)
