The rear wiper stopped working yesterday.  I thought a good starting point would be to check the fuse.  According to the handbook the fuse is 41 in the fuse-box under the cover at the driver's end of the dash.  Fuse 41 is the second fuse in the second row up.  On my car there is no fuse in this position!

Have done a search in Google and found much information on rear wiper problems on Octavias - some in threads on this web-site!  The search engine on this site did not high-light those threads.
