Bluetooth Audio

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I have been playing with the BT Audio in my VRS, Combi with Standard Head Unit, all seemed ok until today, when the reception was really bad, it was almost like a badly tuned radio station,

My Galaxy S3 was charging at the time but when i used it yesterday is was also plugged in and charging

Any thoughts anyone ?

Perhaps just a bluetooth hiccup, i had this once when streaming music via bluetooth (wasn't a car though) but maybe simply disabling/re-enabling bluetooth on the phone would help?

I used to get this on my old car with an aftermarket head unit. Turned out to be when I was stuck in traffic jams or driving next to a car also using bluetooth to stream music (tested it by parking next to my mates car).

Never found a solution though

A "Bluetooth on board" sticker?

looks like i'll be using the SD card option then, although have today found out that the head unit will not read a 64gb sdhc card i have

A 64GB SD card will probably be formatted in exFAT, which according to the manual is supported... However I think I've read that someone else had the same problem.

I am wondering if it might me the fact it is a micro card in an adapter

Delete your phone from the radio, and vice versa. And pair them again. Problem solved. Its the bluetooth protocol in samsung phones thats ****ty.

Format it as NTFS?

Sent from my phone so please excuse brevity and spelling

That's Android for you, the HTC One X is a joke with the MIB Columbus, and HTC aren't going to update it to KitKat, it's stuck at 4.2.2 for the foreseeable future.
