Hi,

I'm James from Near Gt Yarmouth. I purchased my Octavia vrs CR on a 58 plate in July. Happy with it until about a 2 months ago. Engine check light came on. I have posted on the octavia mk2 forum http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/299550-dreaded-engine-check-light/  Was just wondering if anyone had a VCDS i could use who live in my area. That would be so helpful.

For the last 5 years i've been driving a Y reg Megane 1.6 petrol (yawn!) but because of my 1st child due next month I bought the skoda for some reliability and safety. Its the best car I have owned and I've had a few. The car drives normally with the check engine light on but I really need to get to the bottom of it.

Cheers all!

James.
