Easy to do, you can get them from any motor factors, about £25 for the set. simply replace them one at a time then you won't get mixed up with which one goes where.

Does it sound like the leads have gone? Its starting to get aannoying now :-( the EPC light is on now when I try and accelerate

Yes it does. They only last about two years, coilpacks and even the plugs themselves last longer.
