Sorry, that's me sold, I had been holding off, but just ordered the Bilt Hamber Double Speed Wax

 

It's the first application of it I've used, and am astonished at the value for money. £15 for a tub that'll probably last longer than me, an applicator pad, and a microfibre towel that's bigger than my kitchen. Plus it's a joy to work with. If only it smelled a bit more funky it'd be the perfect wax, but that's just a personal thing.

 

Can't comment on how well it lasts yet, but all initial results are great.

......but as a comprehensive user of Bilt Hamber Auto Balm, Finis and Hydra Wax, I assume the review will be fairly predictable, in a positive way of course

One very useful point I found with BH Double Speed wax is its application versatility.

 

Recently I struggled to complete a detail in direct summer sunshine due to very high panel temperatures;

ordinarily - I would have waited, but I only had the car for a short period of time.

 

On the day I tested 3 waxes....and BH Double Speed was the only one usable on the day. Very impressed.

Another nice detail on the .:R36.... and pleasing beadage on show after only a snow foam and rinse

 

Definitive beads are best...

New car, snow foamed, washed, clayed with bilt hamber clay, then polished with Gtechniq P1 and finished off with Gtechniq C2v3. Seems to be workign well so far
