Seat Belt (Passenger side) coming out all crumpled

Had a problem with my Elegance in that the passenger seat belt was coming out of the housing crumpled and not moving in and out as freely as it should.....took it to the dealer in Bath who said the bolt that secures the mechanism to the B Pillar had been done up too tighly at build so the mechanism won't swing forward or back depending on the position of the passenger seat. 30 Minute job to fix ONCE they get the new mechanism ...they are on back order so query whether the build engineer has the tourqe set too high on his airgun and quite a few have got the issue......safe to use (checked by the MOT Tester) until replaced......windy wipers are also out of stock...a run on them apparently, which I can understand because mine are awful.
