I've seen a couple of pictures of people collecting their Yetis and they seem to be getting Yeti cuddly toys too.

 

With ours due to be with us at the start of March I was wondering how many people have had this and whether I should ask? Our little boy would love one.

we didn't, though it was bought in Germany. Large ones available from Bickertons though

We mentioned to our dealer in the hope that he would throw one into the deal for our wee boy. But he refused. So we asked him to order one to be ready for us when we came to pick up our car. They managed to forget to order it for us and I still had to pay for it when it came in.

We bought one on fleabay and my wife strapped it in back seat on first service. I didn't notice and no comment from the dealer either.

My wife asked for one when ordering and assumed (!) that it would be free. No way, it was added to the invoice.

Word of warning though, it moults continuously, even after 3 years. Not good for any asthma sufferers nor the upholstery.

If the dealer throws one in for free, that's a sign that you paid too much for the car

We didn't get one when we picked up ours in January - but we did get some flowers for SWMBO!

We didn't get a free Yeti with ours, but I DID haggle for a set of free front and read mats when we bought it.  :yes:

No luck with the dealer, so I bought one off someone on Briskoda.

I got one, but had to haggle like mad, I think what swung it was it was month end and they were short on numbers

Yep, we got one FOC when I went back in and said thank you after collecting my car; it is now part of the family.  Got a good deal so not linked to overpayment!

We got one free with the car.

Yes, we did, two years ago. It was well received by a children's hospice charity here in East Anglia.

We didn't get ours free, as the car is on Motability and so is effectively leased. I bought the furry one off FleaBay, and then dropped it in at the dealer's just before collection, as a surprise for the wife!

We got a cuddly yeti toy only after I asked and sinclair skoda ordered one in. He was belted into the passenger seat upon delivery! My daughter isla has him next to her bed!

I'd definitely hold out for one........preferably the one on the left   :love:

No but with the first Yeti I was given a model of the Yeti concept by the service manager. Bought the following myself;

I got the same one as TP above, a Yeti that you can turn inside out into a Yeti car, it was free too.
