That's either very small or the bloke in the photo is stood quite a way away from it.

Thought it was a Nissan Cube at first.

If the Skoda version is produced, Bossfox is going to have a field day replacing his fleet with all of them!  :giggle:

Why does that horrible looking VW look like it's melting?

As for the Skoda one, if I was in the market for a van I'd buy that over the melty box any day.

Don't like the concept front. The skoda version looks good

The skoda one reminds me of the last gen of LDV vans. Looks horrendous.

As long as it doesn't have a gearbox like an LDV.

doesn't look that big

more like a new caddy than a transporter

Whats the crack with VW and Audi styling vehicles after Strom troopers??

Third photo down is a better reflection of its true size I feel. Like it a lot

The skoda version has a citigo bumper and wheels... Looks someone just photoshopped a citigo onto a van.

Blimey, I'm thinking Jagdpanther and family holidays don't go together.

I suppose that what happens when you ask the PS3/X-box generation "How would you prefer to go on a touring holiday ?" .

They definitely need to have a word with Il Duce in Gruppo Bertone before they release that Euro side.

Looks great imo, transporters are bloody good vans. Iv had plenty of big vans over the years, currently on a 58 plate 130hp lwb transporter and its the best yet. Id defo upgrade to that skoda van tho! Love it!

Says drive-by shootings and surfing to me . . that's probably where its going to be flogged first.

On the otherhand, if its got 4WD, there always possibilities driving at high speed over desert berms and attacking T-72s.

For the  upmarket tradesmen and  specialist delivery agent ?  - The van version, with all the Eco gismos, has got to be the best part of £22k entry, once the currency exchangers, VAG UK and HMRC have added their respective poll taxes ?

This wouldn't be the inspiration for the design motif, would it ?

I had exactly the same thought.

Can't see it happening, It would steal T6 sales.. Why would anyone spend more for the VW badge over Skoda when most customers will be buying a van for commercial use..?

Still waiting for the Golf R/R32 to spawn an utterly awesome Octavia..

3.6l v6 surfer van anyone?

The vw looks grumpy as ****.

T4 / T5 is on SWMBO's "wish list" for a retro chic camper car that wont blow up (Hence why my split-window early camper idea was shut down :( )

This could definitely be an option, although I dont expect the pricing to be much different....
