As a local person i'd advise people to avoid the A43 if possible.

If coming in from Bicester/ Oxford direction, go into Buckingham and turn left at the big round-a-bout (Tesco will be on your right) down London Road and in to the town centre, at the mini round-a-bout outside the White Hart Pub and the Town Hall take the first exit, which is basically straight over, after a short distance take the second turning on the right signposted to Stowe. Sit on that road all the way to Silverstone.

I'm basically going to be doing a version of that journey, but i'm meeting friends and convoying in at around 9am.

Right - Its my mission to be at Chieveley Services for 6am now. I hope to hook up with some Briskodians there too. If I'm any earlier I'll carry str8 on to TRAX and hook up with everyone on stand.
