anyone used a reliable reputable company to remap their Tdi ? there was a company on ebay who advertised the service for £150 but i was jubious as they were not recommended.

First thing to do is get injectors for 110 bhp,

then a remap to alter the fueling rates to allow for it.

thats only difference between 90 and 110 engines..

Remap works - not sure tbh, but it'l depend on what your after

Try blacksmoke they will have a map for your TDI for £45!

why remap a 90? its kinda pointless mate,for all the increase you'd get. agree with other reply.get 110 injectors,bigger turbo/intercooler,& map it then.

Injectors and blacksmoke remap. You will smile from ear to ear. But have the readies ready for a turbo. But put a hybrid on. Turbo replacement is actually quite easy.

I may be wrong (it has been known to happen), but doesn't the 90 have a fixed turbo while the 110 is variable vane?

Correct Gyp, however I think the tdi 90 turbo (Vnt-15???) is good for up to 130ish bhp or something so you should be fine with 110 injectors and a map. I believe the tdi110 will be quicker in theory as the turbo may spool quicker....if you don't get limp mode
