Thanks Johann, all done.

+1

Lengthy isn't it?

Fred

All done, top scores awarded, a little long though.

+1 It does go on a bit!

All filled in, when are the results usually out?

All done - top marks on all scores except Amundsen.

What don't you like about the Amundsen?

Went through it all and it popped up a "duplicate response" box.

Not sure if that means that I double clicked on the last box or if there was a problem

All done.

Done this about 3 weeks ago

Did mine a couple of weeks ago, they are now phoning you to see if you own the car.

They phoned me and asked loads of questions about the yeti.

Just done mine. Difficult to answer the ones about servicing because mine is still less than a year old but you can't just skip it. High marks across the board for everything else so i'm giving the dealer the benefit of the doubt and hopefully won't regret it when the first service comes around.

Simply that the navigation it is not as good as a Tom Tom, Garmin or Mio (Navman).

It cannot be programmed to go to places that the others have no problems with.

Neither does it have a camera warning facility.

You cannot update the maps yourself - it needs to go back to the dealer - I'm told it then takes them 2 hours to update.

When giving instructions to say the A4106 instead of saying 4-1-0-6 it describes the road as four thousand one hundred and six - rather longwinded and not as Brits describe road numbers.

Unlike most other sat navs that tell you when joining the motorway you are to follow it for xyz miles to your turning the Amundsen says 'for a long time'.

All in all the Amundsen's navigation is not as good as most stand alone systems and certainly not in the same league as what came with my wife's Citigo PID.

Agree with you about the Amundsen's poor performance not a patch on details that my old Tom Tom gave.

Afraid you won't get camera facilities as its illegal in quite a few EU countries.

Oh ok. I ordered mine for its DAB radio. Sat nav is a bonus. I use Apple Maps on my iPhone as a sat nav at the monent. Will probably continue to use that as a back up.

Done.

Done & dusted

Done, nearly full marks all round but was honest :-)

I hope we are all being honest here! I have given my Yeti good marks but TBH the face lifted model is a big disappointment technically. Skoda should have at least included stop-start technology and improved fuel economy across the range commensurate with the rest of the VAG group cars. The Yeti is dropping behind competitors technically and is in danger of being an "also ran", yes, it will always have it's fans but it is such a pity that Skoda funked the chance to put it ahead of its competitors again.

Done.

Almost full marks for the car but not for the dealer.

They've been taken over by the Citygate group and seem to have lost some of the friendly family atmosphere.

I think that's down to most of the front of house staff leaving, but a few are still there trying to maintain previous standards.

Whilst I agree with your comments the survey was about cars currently in use.

Had my ex-demo Yeti for 9 months now and cannot fault it.

Just had it's first sevice. Very reasonable price and excellent friendly dealer.

Not the one I bought it off as their service pricing was way more than the

quote I got from a more local dealer. I thought £127 was very fair.

Filled out the rather long survey but got a bit tedious clicking on the 'extremely

satisfied' boxes for most of the questions! Now I've also got 6 issues of Auto

Express and a set of tools all for £1.
