Ordered my Race Blue VRS estate Jan 30. Was told today it has arrived in the UK yesterday at port just awaiting transport. It is coming to Northern Ireland and I am hoping for next week!! Ben I hope you can enlighten me on the drive to Stranraer I presume especially how long etc? It's nearly here!!

I'm guessing ours could be making the trip to N.I together. December 23rd seems a long time ago ....

Just wondering why you chose benfield over dmkeith in york? I opted for dmkeith purely for convenience

 DMKeith York seems to ignore customers on the occasions I've been there over the years - since it changed from Pulleyn's to Beever I would say-  and DM Keith's takever does not seem to have helped. When I recently phoned to ask if they had a Mk3 vRS I could have a look at, I was put on hold for several minutes while they 'went to check'. Was told they did have one - made appointment to go and see it - when I got there I was shown a mk2 vRS identical to mine....they didn't have a mk3 in fact.

I've bought a Fiesta ST and current vRS from Benfield and always found them good to deal with and am happy to put up with a bit of hassle to get there. They always supply free courtesy car, so it's an excuse for day out in the Dales!

My candy white VRS TDI hatch is due to be delivered to Haylesden Skoda Doncaster any day now. It's got anthracite gemini wheels, black pack and sunset glass. With any luck benh22 may end up delivering it! 

Car arrived at the dealers today Race Blue TDI estate VRS collecting it next Wednesday!!!

Mine arrived at dealers first thing this morning.....Pearl Black VRS hatch.....collecting on Monday pm......
