Hi ben, my car finally came in today, actually saw it in the workshop midway through its pdi. Should be in it for Friday.

That was quick, BW now confirmed as 21 so looks like wk 22 or 23 it'll be on the vehicle carrier for Grimsby. I'll let you know when it's due in country.

it's not a problem sir, I encourage people to join this thread. I personally don't go that far, and can't say 100% our company do, but I can say you're car may come through Grimsby or sheerness. What's the specs of you're car? I'll have a check tomorrow and see if any cars are going that way and I can tell you off we go that way.

I have seen 3 hatchs in blue on Thursday, they we're all on trucks ready to go out! But don't know where they was going. Other than that, I've not seen any in the docks. I'm into Grimsby on Monday morning early! So I'll have a wander round and see if I can see.

It's a white vRS hatch, anthracite wheels, black pack and tints. That and a few interior options.

Not seen anything goin to hull just yet sir. I did see a white octavia vrs estate going to Manchester Eccles yesterday and a blue hatch goin there on Monday.

Another ship is being loaded at Emden for departure today, destined for Grimsby. Here's hoping she sneaks onto that.

It's all gone mad at the docks these last few days!! 3 boats turned up today! Then we've been waiting for cars to be pulled! Etc!! Not great at the min! It's busy, but I'll keep my eyes open.

I've been tracking them on the marine traffic website and I'd seen that two had arrived today. Here's hoping my motor is on one.

Oh rite, I was told 3 by our allocator at the docks. But he's the one that's cocked the job up in the last few days!

I'm sure three did arrive, I only recognised 2 ship names from those in Grimsby Dock but I didn't go through them all to check where they had come from

Two ships just arrived today that normally do the Emden-Grimsby run - Schelde Highway and Neckar Highway. Hope your car is ready for loading!

The Viking Constanza is just about to dock in Grimsby, having left Emden last night.

The Neckar Highway is loading now and expected in Grimsby tomorrow evening. The schelde highway is in Emden now but not yet showing a destination.

I wonder how many vehicle each ship can carry? Multiple loads have gone into Grimsby this week alone so if my motor isn't yet on route surely it can't be far from the front of the queue now?!

Hey Ben, my car is now officially in Grimsby and DM Keith (Hull) have requested delivery so I'm sure you'll be seeing her soon. Take care of her! (as I'm sure you always do).

Really, that's brill news! I'm into Grimsby in the morning, then I'll be into Volvo in the afternoon. So I'll only have a small window of time tomorrow to have a look for you. We've had a different allocator for the last week and half, and it's all gone wrong! Not had time for any looking about. It's been survival of the fittest at the docks.
