Got this on vcds and was wondering is my at faster than it should be? Posted Image

Only mod is a straight through exhaust and a ccv. It's defiantly not mapped I know that for sure.

Is charge pressure not boost pressure?

Boost is measured in PSI or BAR, It will be under another measuring block I reckon.

I think it should be about 1.35 BAR for a standard vRS.

EDIT:  It's under group 11 for actual boost.

That was group 11. Only done it because I see Jason put it up before.

Oh, sorry mate, ignore me then. Hopefully someone will be along soon to help!

You can't tell anything from a screenshot.  You need to run a log from a single gear run, eg 3rd gear, from 1500rpm to 5000rpm full throttle, and post the excel log. :)

Will have a go at that this weekend. Thanks.

Also only log group 11. Don't try and log three at once as the sample rate will be slow.

From my experience expect a bit of a spike on initial boost but it should be able to control it and bring it back down to spec boost.

My turbo on my golf was overboosting, it spiked as per normal but then held it there and it couldn't control it. It wasn't sticky veins, more like internal damage and was going into limp mode. Ended up fitting a refurb turbo
