How is the Jabba RARB going?

Without a doubt, probably the best modification to the Fabia! It's amazing

Last night, I really kept pushing it and pushing it to try and find the limit, but the csr just keeps going round the corner.

Also tried so so hard to get it to over steer, but in the dry, there's just too much grip. My mind is blown.

Your not trying hard enough lol. Mine does, some MPH turn hard and lift off the power, slide and back on the power. Many many smiles and a childish giggle.

Some parts have arrived

 

• Braided brake lines - look like really great quality, cant wait to fit them. especially as the brake lines on mine at the moment have rubbed through!! 
• console bushes - I ordered the PSB bushes. They unfortunately sent me 2 different bushes, so i cant fit them this weekend, but ive been in contact with them and they're sending out the correct ones.
• Brake pads - EBC Yellow stuff which i am still undecided about, especially as they cost £135.00 for all 4, and thats roughly the cost of a 312mm upgrade
• ATE racing fluid - should hopefully eliminate any potential brake fade on the track 
• 2 track rod assembleys (inc track rod ends) 

 

So I'm still waiting for all 4 discs to arrive, plus the replacement console bushes. 

 

I still need to order, but have run out of money 

• Drive shaft 
• Top mounts 
• Shorter drop links 
• and possibly FARB bushes 

Fitted the new discs, pads and braided brake lines today.

First impressions is, wow! Braking actually puts a smily on my face. Made me actually laugh to myself because the difference was so huge.

Very pleased. Can't wait to get them on the track and heat them up.

A boring update, but I've now got a drive shaft on the way.

So when that arrives I'll be fitting it, 2 new wishbones, new front and rear console bushes, bottkm ball joints, track rods and ends

Still need top mounts, but again.... Out of monies

Driving up in the morning. I camped on site in September and it was freezing!

I'd imagine April will be worse!

Good plan. Typically leave about 5-5.30 so get there for about 8-8.30. Should beat the queues and gives you plenty of chance to get the noise test and briefing done

I'm also going to Castle Combe and driving in the Morning so, if you don't mind, Can I join the convoy...?
