A New really ugly car from Toyota.

Looks good.  Can somebody photoshop a set of alloys onto that?  Bit of metallic paint, tinted rear windows and I reckon you're onto a winner.

Overly big alloys too, with over spring, underdamped crashy (sport) suspension that can't cope with the pothole and speedbump plagued UK roads.

Oh and don't put in any spare just some gunk so I need to throw away a perfectly usable tyre when it gets a puncture.

Preferably make ridiculous economy claims that can't be gotten within 50% of outside a lab and an engine that'll lunch itself after 3yr because of the economy 'features'.

I'd particular like a touchscreen with no physical buttons so I need to stare at a screen for a dangerous amount of time to change the radio.

If you can manage gigantic pillars anda  minute rear window that'd be cool too. Stick in some CCTV to boost the visibility except after 10min when it's covered in grime.
