So today I've stripped the interior on the wagon and got rid of those white carpets!! And got hold of a mk4 golf carpet along with mk4 golf recaros!! Fits and feels lovely!! Just all needs a good shampoo now!!

And to top the morning off finally fitted my K&N lovely noise very happy with today!!

Now it's hailing so no clean for the wagon today!!

Quality modification. The recaros and black carpet transform the octy interior. Top job.

The carpet and interoir swap is on my to do list too! Looks great!

Mine came with black carpet thankfully but need to upgrade the seats. Good work there bud, like the recaros hard to find ones in good condition.

Carpet looks great! Not sure on the seats though. 

Loving the Recaro`s, fitted a leather set a few weeks ago in mine, best seats ever. Black carpet was fitted a while back, just need to fit the L&K black leather door inserts next weekend to banish all of the white mesh once and for all!

 

On another note, you will lose power with the cone in the engine bay, you really need a shield, or a CAI.

I amplanning on completely stripping mine out inc door cards and goin to go for fabric dye and dye all carpet seats and door cards black rather than replace as i prefer the vrs seats as the original and have the vrs logos on them

I'm very happy with the seats and carpet!! The seats hug you nice and tightly! And now my work boots don't dirty the carpets and stare me in the face till the weekend!

The guy who I got the seats and carpet is a vw breaker and did a straight swap for my carpet and seats so was very happy with that!

As for the K&N I'm looking for a shield for it but am using a decent cold air feed at the moment till I get a nice shield for it!

Now just need to sort out the door cards as it's the only white bits left! Not sure what to do?? Do any of you have any info on the dyeing of the fabric? Or is it easier to re trim or get some new door cards from a different octavia?
