Your front brakes are fluctuating but you change the rear disc?

Wrong info....ERROR

Try these, check if disc size is correct..

256mm disc size quoted..

Suggest let garage renew bushes as they don't remove console but fit new bushes in situ.

Let them sort light-beam aim too, as you can't fault with the bulb location.

Good Luck..

Quick update. I've changed the Rear disc and pads now. And replaced bushes with some PSB ones. I have noticed more vibration in the steering wheel on motorways.its kinda anoying

Sounds like a wheel balance issue, get them checked.

It could be one of the following:

1) It failed on front disc's and you state you replaced rear's, typo?

2) Wheel balance, this is normally noticeable in a speed range eg 50-60mph and will be a lot less noticeable above/below that range. Cheap to fix.

3) Drive shaft out of balance - any damage when fitting bushes? Not cheap to fix.

4) Tracking could have been altered depending if the three bolts were undone on the ball joint or if it was the top nut, but i'd suggest this is less likely. Free to check though.

5) Tyres, rotate them and see if it goes away. Free to do.

6) You've installed a solid bush, personally i've not got any excessive vibration but slightly more on idle is a possible issue, my personal view has always been that if you are getting excessive increased vibration then it's probably as a result of something else that's causing it rather than the bushes fault for transferring it, solve the problem and the then you don't need to blame the bush.

Could be the PSB bushes. They do cause more vibration because they are harder than the standard ones. Got sick of mine and fitted Meyle ones instead. Vast improvement.

sorry for confusion. I changed fronts and rear as they looked low anyway.

Cheers for suggestions
