Front Splitter.

Featured Replies

Can someone point me in the right direction as to where to buy a front splitter for my VRS (07) .

Cheap as poss £50 is reasonable. That will fit easily and is not a universal type that requires loads of modifications to fit.

Cheers.

That helps! Is that 159.99€ - Euros?

What's that as pounds. I guess I'm going to have to dig dip for this. Seems stupid as it's just a bit of plastic -_-

Go to your local SEAT dealer, got my cupra r splitter for like 60-70 quid i think it was! pretty easy to fit with VERY minor modification (trim a small part down)

easy peasy

Less than 30 quid I think (Lip from Seat)

I'm going for the Cupra R splitter.

2 questions -

What size self tapping screws do you need and how many?

Also, when it comes to ' trimming ' the splitter. How do you do this? Saw? -_-

I have some pics at home. Later will put them on here.

£44 inc VAT. Max 2 days delivery as they've had to order in. Will let you know how I get on with fitting.

I first made holes on the lip. It has pieces that stick out.

After drilling hole and fixed under bumper i passed the drill again to make the hole on bumper.

The ends of the lip was cut off as it was bigger than needed. I used stainless steel bolts.

Meanwhile had the lip painted to match cars color.
