I'd like to possibly bring two passengers with me and possibly take both on track in my car.

Do I need to pay any extra for the passengers if they coming with me in my car...?

Only one passenger allowed.  No rear passengers.  As its two sessions could do one person in each session?

 

The one passenger needs to pay £5 for a passenger pass for the day - payable at the office on the day.  They also need a helmet clearly.

 

Each passenger also needs to pay £15 on the gate to get in the venue, or you pay me £12 a ticket and I get them in advance and post them to you with your track stuff.

 

Passenger will also need to adhere to the covered limbs rule too.

Thank you Jason. I'll know soon how many passengers I'll have with me and we sort out the money. I'm aware of the one passenger per session with me on track so that's fine. I just wasn't sure if they also need to pay to entry the event.

Everyone needs to pay to get in.  The track session bundle includes an entry ticket for the driver/track user, so they are covered,  Passengers face the £12 through me / £15 on the gate, and I will be paying for the whole thing in 3 weeks or so.

 

Looks like I said 24th August as cut-off.  That's great as I am now moving house that weekend! LOL

The deadline for track and passengers is the same. I need to order everything ad one bundle. If you can't confirm you'll need to just pay on the gate. Any extra twelve quids I happen to receive gets you extra entry tickets.
