Since when have you owned a mk2 :notme:

Toxic are you coming to this meet?

Right I've looked! I might pop down on the train I'll see what's happening as I hadn't planned to go but might come down!

You and me Josh, lined up at the start... ;)

Jason, it's not the same without the Mongrel running.

Haha fine :p I have every confidence the yeti will out corner it, purely down to the driver, first time taking this or any RWD car on track, and it's my daily so I'll excersise some caution, at least until I get as far as quarry knowing me lol

If it's raining that could be a bit of fun :P

Rain, dry, I'm not fussed. :)

If it does rain you'll all have watch out for the Sparkly Barge roaring past. :D

Won't be alright for Josh

But he can drive, unlike the guy in my vid that panicked when the back stepped out a little.

Ahh ****, I just remembered I tracked (well runway track layout anyway) my last M3 (e36 saloon 2 days after buying it and I had only driven about 10 miles in it) and I managed to spin it on the first corner.

Today I bought some RSRs to replace the concrete Michelin Pilot Primacy that were on my wheels.

I kinda hope it doesn't rain.

found crap video of it

I kinda hope it doesn't rain.

Having done some wet work on semi slicks (OK they were the kumhos but same applies) you will be surprised as in the wet you will have better grip still than most if not all normal road tyres. :)

I think it would need to be proper standing water to make them worse, and then I suspect in that scenario, no one is going to be doing much more than just pootling around :D

I'll be 0.2 seconds a lap faster! :P

I may yet run.  We shall see if anyone wants that spot.  I also rather need to save rubber for the Ring too, as really need to have 4 legal RSRs to drive there and back on + lapping.

More than that. :P

Combe is a faster track so suits yours better with longer straights.

How Fast is a good mixed track with a balance.

Well, I could do one session.  If someone just wants ONE session for £30 including entry ticket to clubstand.  As I would need to get my own ticket. :)  I'll also throw in the loan of a helmet.

Sent!

So, my spot has gone to Joshh.  BJB940 upgrades to track from clubstand. :)

You have to wonder how hard it would be to turbo that 3 pot.

130bhp or so and it'd be a mini-monster. :D
