That recall document posted earlier as far as I know does not quote a 10 year period of support. Therefore it is not age effected but a bulletin on a quality issue with early coil packs. Call Skoda head office or use another dealer even VW, Audi, seat etc as they all look up the same recall documents from the same place and hope that one of then support you. As quoted though fit old coil packs back in as they first check for OEM coil packs.
