Im a weekend warrior but I dont think me speeding to the TAC on a Tuesday night would go down very well with the local plod, maybe worth a try?

Another silver Octavia vRS spotted stuck in the Walsall traffic last week.

Not the unmarked one that does the M6 toll road but one in full livery.Don't know if it is on the books of Walsall police (who have loads of peugots for tatting round the town).

Presume it is another motorway car.

northampton have got a fully stickered up vrs, its left as it should be but then has all the police stickers on it, they drive around in the day alot, mad thing is when ever i pass then they stare at me hard like im driving a police car or something.

Beds police seem to love them as well,

I've seen at least 2 different white octy estates all stickered up and an unmarked vRS on the M1 junction 10, an '02 hatch in black.

Someone I work with reckons he has spoken to a Beds traffic officer who says they have an audi TT for unmarked jobbies.

Personally I think its bull:dung:....... does anyone know anything about this?

Just seen Richmondshire Police Newest edition to Traffic Duties!

An Octy vRS!!! Evry bugger is getting 'em!

Cleveland police have 2 unmarked ones a black one and a silver!

Beware all you Northern Briskodians!

Ive never seen an octavia vrs police car in thw North West. I saw one once down in Gloucester, it had vrs wheels but it just had a standard spoiler, is this normal?

Spotted a british transport police octavia estate yesterday (old shape) which I think was a TDI

A couple of beamers and Volvos appeared to be frequenting the M4 this morning. Spotted two pulled over with their hidden blues flashing in the grill ;)

Apparently a few drivers were a tad too fast to their liking (not me, I was behaving :) )

Hertfordshire police have marked and unmarked ones and no they are not chipped or modified in any way. I wouldn't buy a used police one either because they are not driven that sympathetically. At 20,000 miles both have had new clutches one has had the gearbox rebuilt and is back in again with gearbox problems. having said that they break down no more frequently than any other car and are far better to drive than the omegas which are just like a wallowy barge with sponge brakes. They also turn around in the road quite easily which is more than can be said for a T5!

there is a silver vRS octy that patrols the M77 in ayrshire. only ever seen it when they have pulled someone over lol

A few years ago the Guernsey Police Force replaced its dog van with an Octy Estate. It's now running some Octy patrol cars. There's no Skoda dealer in Jersey but the Guernsey dealer has just sold some Skodas to the Jersey Police.

Edited. I only noticed how old this thread is after I had posted.

Just added note for you lads up here in Cleveland their latest vRS are O9 plates Grey not the LE but the hybrid models........dont get caught out boys

Skoda give very very good fleet incentives to the Police. Years ago, Cambs Police were one of the first ; Skoda Elegance Diesel pool cars with cruise and all the options. They all had little crests on the bonnet too, to avoid paying tax , as they were then classed as marked vehicles...

This paid for all the tank cleansing that went on as coppers kept putting petrol in them...
