Modified Brazilian UP! gets extra goodies

This modified UP! is gets a longer wheelbase to accommodate a bigger boot and fuel tank, indicators in the mirrors, proper roll down rear windows, dual window switches for the front and more powerful air con.  It also looks just like a Citigo with the metal tailgate instead of the nasty glass one.

 

It's not only longer but bigger all round but something doesn't quite look right to me, maybe it's riding too high but it just looks odd!  I found the brochure too, in Brazilian obviously but lots of pictures http://www.vw.com.br/pt/carros/up/destaques.html

But it doesn't have 400bhp like the citigogogogogogogogo, they've missed a trick there!

Also able to open the passenger side electric window down... twin switches....

 

Perhaps it rides higher 'cos on their roads?
