  • I don't know how a dealer can sell a car in that condition-disgraceful service.

  • Thanks guys. Couldn't find any email addresses apart from my sales person, so for now I've sent that off with a very detailed explanation (with the photos) and a bunch of questions, I will see what ha

So that's no  totally successful outcome and total satisfaction to Customer then.

After 2 months of foot dragging by dealer and Skoda UK, that is crap!

Good news would be great to hear, as others buy under the Skoda Approved Badge with confidence.?

Major bumpage, but I've just had the car in for some (completely unrelated to this thread) work this week, the valeter noticed something was wrong immediately as water began rushing in through the back windscreen when he power washed it. Upon inspection it appears that the rear windscreen (which I've not touched since purchase) was never fitted correctly and also has no seal. I've never used a pressure washer myself and as the spoiler overhangs the top of the rear window, I've never noticed it before.

It's 5 years later so I'm not expecting the slightest bit of interest from the original dealer (after all I can't prove that I've not had it replaced since), but I'm sending a snotty email anyway.

Just read through this entire thread....I can’t believe you actually kept the vehicle.
