So old that Hamster hadn't learned to drive properly because he was too used to being ferried around by his mum/wife in a chelsea tractor.

Well I'm certainly NOT bragging here, and I probably did have an advantage of knowing the old Ty Croes circuit very well, but in a competitive sprint that I did as part of the ANWCC championship back in 2005, my re-mapped (178) Fabia vRS that I had then, just beat a Cooper 'S' Works on every run until the last one of the day, when he beat me by just under 1 second.

I was running standard suspension and brakes btw.

 

 

Yea yea yea, I know, he was probably a crap driver.
