Age Limit For Trax?

Featured Replies

I'm thinking of taking my son (aged 8) to Trax, but have a few questions that need answering before I decide whether to bring him or not.

Is it frowned upon to bring kids to this kind of Briskoda event?, no problem if it is, I'll leave him behind to torment his sister!! :). If it is OK for him to come along, is it permitted for a child of his age to be a passenger with me or anyone else out on the track?, and most importantly, is he likely to say to me after just a few hours "Dad I'm bored"!! :rubchin:

AFAIK, no problem with kids, as long as "they are supervised by an adult at all times", which rules most of us out anyway :P

No can do for passenger though, regardless of age. No passenger laps allowed at all :(

And if you're going on track, remember you need a helmet and long sleeves for both arms and legs. :)

he'll be fine mate, i'll give a him a burger(please no mis-quotes :o ) and he can go looking at cars all day and watch the 0-60 sprints :D

Kids are no problem at all. Very welcome, in fact. As Xav said, though, no passengers allowed on track.

My two will be there again this year 10 & 7.... they enjoyed it last year, so wanted to go again
