Yesterday my 2012 Superb Elegance has developed a fault whereby I cannot get the climatronic into Automatic mode.

 

Tried everything.  Button doesn't feel right to touch. Rest of aircon system works fine.

 

Anyone any ideas ?

 

Car goes in under  two weeks - typical !

1st step undo the battery terminals for 20 minutes, it may hard reset for you, reprog your windows by holding the buttons up closed for 5 seconds each, radio should code in on it's own.

For those that try this you only need to disconnect for 2 minutes and that was a good thing for me as the alarm went off and I could not stop it.

 

Upon reset I had a lot of warning lights (esc, tpm etc.,) but they all reset within a short drive.
