Young person in a Polo decides to "gatecrash" Brands Hatch, get through security, into the paddock, into the pit lane and onto the track during a live endurance race. Total madness - someone has been arrested in connection with it, hope they throw the book at him. Similar case to the guy infiltrating the Boat Race the other year, didn't he get 6 months? Someone could have been seriously hurt - whether it be them in the Polo or one of the racers.

Probably why he was arrested on false imprisonment as it was against the girls will.

I have heard that the race teams are trying to sue him as it cost a lot of money for them to enter the race.

The reason I queried it was because there's nowt on the BBC or Sky about it.

Had he been alone in his own car, I probably would've congratulated him for pulling it off. I was motorsport marshal too, and its pretty ****ing difficult to get around us. But with not only two passengers, but two passengers who didn't want anything to do with said stunt and were taken along for the ride, and their lives risked, against their will. Nah-uh. That's a whole 'nother ballgame, laddy.

Bearing in mind I couldnt get my car anywhere near the pits at a local track day, it's a bit worrying the bloke managed that at a proper race track with a proper race going on more than anything else. He just drove in! 

That's ludicrous.

He deserves to get sued. Maybe they can get him for reckless endangerment or something equally messed up. Would hate to see what would happen if they caused a collision.
